Looking to start a title company, (re conveyances) and would like info, on what is needed, licenses, etc...?

I and a Friend work for a large Company, which has been doing a lot of outsourcing, are primary job is re-conveyances of deeds, we figure it won't be long before deed releasing will be out-sourced, So we are looking for a person in good faith, who would have the information on how to start up such a business..
