Need business manager for illustrator/writer group/young...?

You know artist/writers are not those that plan ahead well. But we have brilliance and have been published before. We want partners with more business sense than us to keep us focused and profitable. Any ideas? We like young college film/communications types. No good for sba. they seem farther behind the times than us.
