My wife is a doctor in PA ... how can she get out of her non-compete agreement?

We are in a small city in Pennsylvania where her 10 mile noncompete covers the whole city area. She just wants to start a small practice out of our home for friends and relatives while she raises our kids (we have another on the way), but her contract states she can get sued for $50K if she practices within 10 miles of her current office (our home is 5 miles from the office). Is there any way we can get out of this 2 year contract?
