My business would like to sell ringtones. What company can I partner with to provide this service?

We do not want to invest in the hardware/software to provide this service ourselves. Instead we would like to sell ringtones through a third-party. I am interested in the learning the names and web site addresses of companies that provide this type of service to businesses like mine.
