Looking for an invovation idea for a meeting - could be a short story with an intentional lesson or activity?

Looking for a short activity or short story to use as an introduction/greeting to a meeting. Topic could be on anything business related. I work for a YMCA and this would be for a staff meeting of about 10 people.
